Did someone say free? That’s right, in addition to providing shelves and shelves of books that are free for the reading, the Sunnyvale Public Library also offers a wealth of programs and classes – sans charge. They don’t always involve books, but run the gamut between game nights, crafting, musical enrichment, and more.
Many of the public outreach efforts at libraries in general are geared towards children, from toddlers looking for some new two-year-old buddies to teenagers seeking homework help. But adults shouldn’t overlook the classes, lectures, and entertainment possibilities at this valuable and often overlooked community resource.
