The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is a State of California agency that provides up to $85 million in funds for the training of California's workforce, primarily currently employed workers in companies funded by ETP are small and contracting process quicker and easier. SCORE — Counselors to America's Small Businesses
SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with free, confidential face-to-face and email business counseling. Workshops are also offered.

Small Business Administration (SBA)
The SBA provides financial, technical, and management assistance to help entrepreneurs start, run, and grow their businesses.  SBA's resource centers provide businesses with the tools for enhancing and growing their businesses including management and technical assistance to more than one million small business owners.

United States Commercial Service is the global business solutions unit of the United States Department of Commerce. It offers assistance to:

  • help your business export goods and services to markets worldwide.
