The popular neighborhood website Nextdoor has named Sunnyvale as a top Holiday Spot in the Bay Area.
The website compiled a Top 10 list of holiday locations in the Bay Area that feature some of the most festive homes, regional parks and places to donate toys.
Sunset Avenue in Sunnyvale was listed specifically as one of the best places to go to for a synchronized lights display. The street is one of many in the city limits that are highlighted as places worth visiting this holiday season.
In addition to Sunnyvale, locations spanning from San Francisco and down the Peninsula can be viewed on the “Holiday Cheer Map” at nextdoor.com/cheer.
The map features places to see lights, Santa sightings, places to give back, attractions and events and tree lots.
