Harjono fires 77
At the Central Coast Section golf championships held on Rancho Canada’s West Course, Monta Vista’s Lucas Harjono shot a 77 to finish 41st, nine strokes behind individual titlist Justin Suh of Evergreen Valley, who fired a sizzling 68.
Harjono has qualified for the CCS finals by finishing 23rd with a round of 74 in the Region 2 tournament a week earlier, coming in just five strokes in back of the winning score of 69, recorded by Bellarmine’s Eddy Lai.
At the Region 2 tourney, which was also held at Rancho Canada, Harjono’s brother, Marcus Harjono, came in 51st with a score of 80. Joson Ralph of Homestead finished 67th at 84, and William Yao of King’s Academy placed 72nd at 85.
Fremont camp
The 34th annual Fremont Basketball Camp returns to the Fremont High gym this summer with high school coaches Jason Townsend of Fremont and Craig Ellegood of Cupertino serving as camp directors.
The camp emphasizes fun and fundamentals for boys and girls ages 5-14. Full day camp dates are June 15-19, June 22-26 and July 20-24, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., $230; and half-day camp dates are July 6-10 and July 13-17, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., $155.

Bound Camp
The 25th annual Basketball Bound Basketball Camp returns to Lynbrook High School on July 6-10 and 13-17, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day.
