‘3 FOR 3’
Remember playing the game “Around the World” on the playground basketball court? Well, the 3 FOR 3 Team Shoot-Out Basketball Tournament is reviving the game and offering $1,500 in scholarships prizes in the process. The tourney will be held on May 17-18 at the San Jose Flea Market.

AYSO soccer
Sunnyvale AYSO is holding fall registration for girls and boys ages 4 and up (born before Jan. 31, 2011) on May 1 and 31, June 28 and July 15 at the Sports Basement, 1177 Kern Ave. in Sunnyvale. The fall season runs from Sept. 6 through Nov. 8 and the registration fee of $130 includes uniform, photos, awards and insurance. Fremont camp
The 33rd annual Fremont Basketball Camp returns to Fremont High’s Sunnyvale campus this summer. Camp directors are high school coaches Jason Townsend (Fremont) and Craig Ellegood (Cupertino) and boys and girls ages 5-14 are eligible to attend.
Full-day camp dates are June 16-20 and 23-27 and July 21-25, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. The cost is $225 per player. Half-day camp dates are July 7-11 and 14-18, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. each day. The cost is $150.
