The Sunnyvale Farmer's Market moved back indefinitely to Murphy and Washington Avenues on Saturday, April 2nd with great success!
"Adding entertainment on Murphy and Washington was a nice addition, said executive director, Joel Wyrick.
Wyrick continues, "All cooking and crafts were placed on Washington which really opened up Murphy for space. It was very convenient for the shopper and Washington was just as busy as Murphy."
The Farmer’s Market is held every Saturday from 9am to 1pm and promises to be bigger than ever before using the area from Sunnyvale Avenue to the Macy’s parking lot for food vendors as well as a wide variety of other vendors.
The Sunnyvale Farmer’s Market offers a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as chicken, beef, fish and various types of prepared food. Most of the produce is primarily organically grown and the vendors are welcoming and friendly Come early for some of the best picks each vendor has to offer or rest a while and come later when vendors might slash their prices and offer great deals. Either way it makes for a great start to the weekend.
The Sunnyvale Farmers' Market features the finest local fruits and vegetables, fresh ranch eggs, bakery items, fresh cut flowers, fresh locally caught fish, local handcrafts, and the sounds of local musicians. A delight for all your senses!
The Sunnyvale Farmers' Market is located on South Murphy Avenue, between Washington and Evelyn Street.
