Come join us for our second annual College Day Family and Community Conference on November 1st at San José State University. Attend and learn about how to prepare and apply for college, how to pay for it, the Dream Act, and careers and educational pathways public and private universities have to offer and much more! High school seniors are specially welcomed and encouraged to participate in the College Success Lab where admission specialist from the University of California, California State University and private universities will be available to help and guide you with your college application, personal statements, letters of reference, test scores, etc. To make this session a success, plan on bringing your SAT, ACT scores, draft letters and pertinent documentation, along with your PIN number for your college application profile. Two computer labs will be available so each student could apply and complete their application online on the same day! The contents of the conference workshops are being offered in Spanish, Vietnamese and English. Please register early in order to get an accurate count for materials and food.
